Would it be too soon to take a pregnancy blood test?
If it has been 12 to 13 days since your last intercourse, and you are 5 days late on your period, is it too early to take a blood pregnancy test?

you can have the blood test now, its not too early. the hormone can show up in the blood from day one. the BHCG qauntitative will be able to detect the amount of hormone, but the basic BHCG blood test will give you the yes or no.
Most pregnancy tests can tell you if your pregnant before you even miss your period. So…No…it’s not too early.
