Would a routine pregnancy blood test show if someone has HCV?
I have a friend who recently found out she is pregnant. She is worried that she might have hepatitis C. Would this show up in her routine blood test during her pregnancy?

It should be one of the things they test for but they might ask her consent first as they should do for testing for HIV and syphillis.
