Why did my fertility monitor display high fertility on day 6 which was my first test?
A few months ago got the clear blue fertility monitor. I only used it for a month and then forgot about it. This month I decided to use it again. I reset it like the instructions said. On day 6 of my cycle I took a test and it said I was already at high fertility. I usually average a 31 day cycle, so I surely thought it was going to say low fertility. Anyone have any ideas about why it detected a sure so early? I'm usually pretty regular at 31-32 days.

We are not machines that work on a fixed schedule, otherwise the birth control companies would be out of business. You got the monitor to help you with fertility, so you need to see if it works for you or not. Ovulation can happen at any time of the month depending on hormonal changes that are often triggered by emotional responses.
