What is a hamster egg test? Has to do with fertility?
Was looking at fertility paperwork for a future IVF procedure. A question was asked about a hamster egg test? Any idea?

They can take the man’s sperm to see if it will fertilize the hamster egg (it should, weirdly enough). That gives information about whether the sperm is capable of fertilization.
OMG the first poster seems to be right, they do use real hamster’s eggs. OMG, words fail me on this one.
