McVEYTOWN - Most new parents find that the joy of bringing a healthy baby home from the hospital often overshadows any initial fears they may have. But for Leah and Scott Noerr, of McVeytown, that joy quickly turned to concern when they discovered their newborn son, Caleb, had a congenital heart defect. "He was deemed healthy - but a week later, his life took a sharp turn," Leah Noerr said.
