How long does it take to get results from a blood pregnancy test? Please help.?
So I am pretty sure that I am pregnant, but no home test has come out positive. So I am thinking about going to the Dr, and getting a blood pregnancy test. How long does it take to get the results? Is it same day, 2-3 day's, or a week or more?

I just had one done last week because I was going on vacation and wanted to know right away…They called me back with the results a few hours later. Good luck
All myn have been in the same day, even before I left the office.
It depends on if your Dr has to send the blood off to have it tested at a lab. At the Dr’s office where I used to work, the hospital lab is where we sent it and it is just across the parking lot so we would get results back the same day. But some offices have a person from a lab that comes at the end of the day to pick up all blood and urine samples. Then it is typically the next day that they would get the results.
when i had mine done at a military base I got a phone call and hour and a half later….
they have always given me the results in one hour.
