go to your doctor, they will set you up for a day 21 blood test to see if you are ovulating and get you checked in for a scan to see if you have endo or PCOS. They then need to check your husband before they refer you to the fertility clinic.

i do not know of any home tests for women, but i have for men.

You need to talk to you ob. They will start off by running blood tests and doing a pap.

First you should make sure that you have been having regular timed intercourse (www.mycycle.com or http://www.fertilityfriend.com can help with this) for 12+ months if you are under age 35 or 6+ months if you are over 35. Then…

You should start with your GYN, s/he will probably do a regular pap and possibly run blood tests to start and he will send your hubby to do a seman analysis (SA).

If the SA comes back irregular then your GYN will probably refer you to a Urologist for further testing on your Hubby.

If everything is fine with your hubby’s SA and your bloodwork comes out clean then he will probably refer you to a reproductive endocrinologist (RE) for further testing, etc.

Hint: Make sure you get a copy of any tests preformed and the results and take them with you to the RE, some of these tests will have to be repeated but some do not and you don’t want to do any of these tests over.
