Do fertility specialist always test for STD’s on the first visit?
I have never been tested but I know I don't have any or my husband. Do they always perform these tests?

Yes, usually they do preform these tests. STD’s can affect fertility, so I’m sure they do them to rule things out.
It’s routine to test for everything under the sun (including all std’s) when you go to your first prenatal visit.
yes because a STD can cause infertility and if you do have any it can hurt the baby
