When do you need to stop sleeping on your back and stomach when pregnant?
I'm 14 weeks pregnant. And sometimes I still sleep on my back. It doesn't hurt or anything. And when I lay on my stomach I lay a little in my side as well cause it's not so comfortable.
What week should I stop laying on my back? I'm sure I shouldn't be laying on my stomach by this point should I? Thanks.

Let your body be your guide. When it starts getting uncomfortable, switch to side sleeping. To my knowledge the baby is so well protected in there that I don’t think it’s going to hurt it no matter how you sleep.
does not hurt the baby at all . when u get uncomfatable .. move !

It doesn’t hurt the baby however you sleep, however it’s recommended that you sleep on your left side. This is because it makes your blood flow better then you don’t get numb legs etc. If it’s comfortable stay as you are
