What happens when you might be pregnant and your stomach growls?
I might be pregnant and my stomach growls not because of hunger i don't know why though if im even pregnant it would be a week since yesturday. Does a growling stomach hurt the baby?

It could be gas noises, or other digestive noises, and it definitly wont harm the baby

Girl your voice and breathing is worst than your growling stomach to your baby. it goes on forever the whole day while your stomach growls only when your hungry.
Dont worry none of those will hurt your baby. what will hurt your baby is if you don’t get it enough food and nutrition especially at such an early age. Its important because their spine and brain are developing and it is very critical. You can check out WIC and Foodstamps they help you with food and when you give birth, if you dont breast feed, WIC helps you with infant formula!.

gas i would think. it wont effect the baby at all. babys actually give you gas
