What are the earliest signs of being pregnant?

I just found out i was pregnant with my 2nd a few weeks ago, heres what tipped me off (and confused me at first haha). My breasts were SO tender, i was late (of course), nausea. The confusing part? I was cramping like i was going to start my period (and still cramp off and on a little bit). If you really think you might be, go get a pregnancy test to know for sure. If its neg and if you are still late a few weeks after or even a week, go in for a blood test so they can check your levels

Well, the normal signs are morning sickness and always eating(even when you’re not hungry). At least that’s how I knew I was pregnant. It is always different for others though.
