What are the DIFFERENT signs between Ovarlian Cyst and being Pregnant?

I just went into the doctor today actually for the pains I was having, and they found a cyst on my right ovary. My symptoms, are bad pains in my right ovary, lower back pains, headache, and queezy. As for pregnancy I havent ever been. Hope this helps! And with having my cyst to, I am late on my period. So I thought maybe I could be pregnant to. So I would go into the doctor to get it checked out! Wish you the best!
