How to prevent saggy breasts while pregnant?

Any woman, pregnant or not, deserves to treat her girls with a good, properly-fitted bra. Most women don’t even wear the right size. Get fitted for free at Victoria’s Secret and pick up a couple basic ones in neutral tones (since they probably won’t fit a few weeks down the road there’s no sense going on a spree). You can also use a sports bra instead if you find them more comfortable.

Try a nursing bra, nursing tank top, regular tank top or sports bra. Underwire bras are very uncomfortable to wear during pregnancy.

Proper weight gain is a must, but you must expect some changes. No one walks away from pregnancy completely unscathed

Pregnancy causes saggy boobs period, it sucks though,lol I heard from my dr that lots of ladys don’t breast feed because that’s what there afraid of but pregnancy itself causes them to sag, its the heavy milk in there that causes it. When I’m don’t having kids I’m saving up for a mommy makeover!!!!lol

There is nothing that will stop them, they will sag a little anyways, but you could try wearing a nursing bra to bed or maternity bra whichever. My boobs actually didnt sag that bad, like maybe a half an inch lower than they were before, I didnt do any thing to prevent it, I dont know how it happened maybe you wil get lucky like I did.

unfortunately they will awasy droop just a little after pregnancy, and with old age! however, if you have a really good fitting/supportive bra it will decrease the drooping – since day 1 of being pregnant I have been wearing Bendon Sports Bras, and also have to wear a cotton bra to bed at night cus my breasts are so sore, but it seems to be helping cus so far havent gotten stretch marks either.
