How Can I tell if im pregnant?early signs?
can you know if your pregnant after 2 or 3 weeks after conception? i havent had a missed period yet. are thre any signs i can be watching for to tell before 5 days after my missed period?

not really. the only sure way to tell if your pregnant is to take a test.
Of course you can get nausea but not all women get it
morning sickness although im not sure how early that shows up when ur pregnant…you may wanna look out for that. you might wanna take a pregnancy test just to make sure too…they’re pretty accurate and easy to use. good luck.

I knew i was pregnant at 2 weeks. I just knew it, something inside me just said, you need to take a test. 2 days after the doctor confirmed it, i had horrible morning sickness, from then on.
there is suppose to be that new pregnancy test that can tell 5 days sooner than the other ones… you might want to look into that, or just call your doctor and ask.
