wait until you are like 20 weeks pregnant. I always feel like I have pulled muscles because the baby is growing more and my stomach muscles are stretching!

Yes, it happened to me all the time. I also started getting round ligament pains pretty early. Now that I am getting huge, I get the stomach muscle pains less and the round ligament pain a LOT more.

Congratulations! Enjoy it all–it will go by quickly. :)

I feel that in my lower abdomen…it feels really tight when I stretch of sneeze. I was going to ask my doctor about it at my next appt on Monday.

Yes. It is called round ligament pains. I noticed them from the middle of my first trimester to around 20 weeks with both pregnancies. Sometimes they can be quite painful … and I was always in constant fear of sneezing. lol!

Sounds like you’re having ligament pains. Mine always started really early too. Bad news is, it won’t get any better until after that baby is born! But, the good news is that you’ll soon figure out which positions and motions cause the pain and you’ll know how to avoid it. Just one of the many joys of pregnancy! Good luck!

As others have said it’s round ligament pains. With alot of women, the pain will come and go but I had it 24/7 and it mostly hurt if I was getting up from bed or from a sitting position. Once I walked around for a minute, it would go away. I experienced it very early on starting around week 9 or 10 and it was gone in maybe 2 weeks.

Unfortunately, now that I’m 31 weeks, I think it’s starting to come back. It hasn’t gotten as uncomfortable yet as I was early on but I can definitely feel it if I move wrong!

Just a growing pain is all :o )

If you’re one of the unlucky ones to feel the pain 24/7, take 2 tylenol and a warm bath and you’ll feel like a million bucks guaranteed!

Those pains are called round ligament pains. I have them all the time (10 wks preggers) The farther along you get and the more your stomach stretches the more you will feel them. To me this is one of the things I dislike about pregnancy
