Firstly, the cat could never get to the fetus. It’s way too far in there. Secondly, just keep the stupid cat off your belly.

You can have it done, yes. However, many people consider it a bit cruel. Have you considered clipping the cats claws or buying a scratching post? These are certainly cheaper and less drastic measures.

if hes old enough you can get him declawed, if you plan on keeping him then you can but if you wont keep him then dont….. cats cant survive in the wild as well when they are declawed sooo i would make sure that you will keep him/her,
oh and if you love your cat dont call him/her “it” thats just rude. im sorry but i think its rude to say that.

scold it and make sure he knows not to do that before you think of the option of declawing. If he still does it call up your vet and they could help you make the decision about declawing your cat.

De-clawing is not a big deal – except if you are a cat!! Then it’s painful, and debilitating!

It is mutilation – it entails the removal of the first joint of every digit of your cats paw – it is NOT just a claw clipping.

Even in countries where it is lawful – some vets refuse to perform the op.

I wish vets would charge $50,000 dollars for the procedure – that way fewer people would consider it

Suggest you put your kitty up for adoption where it can scratch and claw as much as it likes….that’s what cat’s do and for good reason.
