Can you still get pregnant after signs of your period show up?
Every month a few days before my period, my boobs get really sore. If I were to have sex during these few days, after my period was obviously in motion, can I still get pregnant? I know the obvious answer is "Yes, the only 100% safe way is abstinence," but would it be an extremely small chance, especially if my periods are fairly regular?

Having sex right before your period would probably NOT end in pregnancy. You have to be ovulating to get pregnant. You are far past ovulation (generally speaking) the few days prior to your period.
It’s a small chance, but I’m a statistic of women getting pregnant when everything was done right. Just get on the pill or use condoms or some other sort of birth control. Unless you’re trying to get pregnant, then have all the unprotected sex you want and enjoy!
