can I have signs of being pregnant allready?
I had my period around the 28 of last month. My periods last two to three days long. Me and my fiance had sex around the 6th of this month. could I be pregnant? And If so could I have early signs of pregnancy already such as constipation, and sensitive breast?

PMS and Pregnancy symptoms are virtually the same. The only way to know for sure is missing your period and taking a test.
Symptoms vary from woman to woman. The constipation is pretty early though. You weren’t ovulating on the 6th but that doesn’t mean you COULDN’T get pregnancy. I got pregnant when I wasn’t ovulating…about 9 days after. I would wait until you take a test to find out…really all you can do.
