22 wks pregnant stomach hard at the top and not the bottom is this normal?

The baby is not at the top yet but it does not sounds like anything to worry about at 22 weeks I just started to look pregnant now Im 28 weeks and its showing a lot.

Mine is the same sometimes, but I was heavier before I got pregnant. My midwife says it is normal, and that everything is going well. As long as baby is moving and is measuring right at the anomaly scan then you’re fine.

because the baby moves around alot at this point, it could just be in some weird position, like bunched up on one side, etc. If all your ultrasounds have came out fine at this point, no need to worry.

It depends on what you mean at the top because your uterus is now about one inch above your belly button and it would feel hard to the touch. It would also be easier to feel the top of the uterus above your belly button rather than the body of your uterus below the belly button because it is much wider up top
